According to medical professionals, a nasal spray version of Viagra could become accessible as early as 2025. The nasal spray may be up to ten times faster at treating erectile dysfunction than Viagra.
Viagra was groundbreaking when it first appeared on the market in the 1990s, but experts claim that it might take up to an hour before it starts to work, potentially destroying an impromptu sexual encounter. In early trials, the new experimental nasal spray medication called Spontan, which might go on sale in two years, caused an erection to occur in as little as five minutes.
According to Lee Rodne, CEO of the Australian business creating the spray, it might represent the biggest improvement in maintaining an erection support for men since the introduction of Viagra.
Erectile dysfunction, also known as the inability to achieve or sustain an erection during sexual activity, affects millions of men in Nigeria. The smooth muscles around the penis relax during erections, allowing blood to flow into the area. This system may be impaired in erectile dysfunction patients by heart disease or psychological problems like stress and worry that prevent blood flow to the penis.
