The government of Sokoto State has promised its workers who have not yet received their February salaries that they will be paid tomorrow (Thursday).
Dr. Ali Inname, the state’s commissioner of finance, made this statement to reporters today after the State Executive Council meeting.

Allegations that more over 10,000 employees have not yet received their February pay were rejected by Inname as “false, malicious, and deceptive.”
