The Federal government has declared Monday, May 29, as a work-free day for all workers in the region.
Rauf Aregbesola, the minister of interior, stated on Friday by Shuaib Belgore, the ministry’s permanent secretary, said the decision was to commemorate Bola Tinubu’s inauguration.
He encouraged Nigerians to continue to promote and promote democracy by adhering to the rule of law.
“The minister applauds all Nigerians on this monumental occasion, recognizing them for their faith in democracy as shown in the national election that saw the president and his deputy be elected, as well as in all elections throughout the region,” the statement says.
