In the annual report published by Forbes on billionaires ranking, only three Nigerians made it to the list. The three Nigerians are Aliko Dangote, Abdul Samad Rabiu, and Mike Adenuga.

Abdul Samad Rabiu is ranked as the second richest man in Nigeria with a net worth of $7.4 billion. Mike Adenuga, Chairman of Globacom, was ranked third in Nigeria with a fortune of $5.7
In Africa Only seven out of the 54 countries have billionaires. There are six billionaires in Egypt, five in South Africa, three in Nigeria, two in Morocco, and one each in Zimbabwe, Algeria, and Tanzania.
