Tesla CEO Elon Musk called US President Joe Biden a “damp sock puppet in human form” after he was snubbed from a White House summit meeting of top business leaders, including the CEOs of General Motors and Ford.

Musk was riled up when Biden left out the name of Tesla in a Twitter post where he said, “Companies like GM and Ford are building more electric vehicles here at home than ever before.”

I meant it when I said the future was going to be made right here in America. Companies like GM and Ford are building more electric vehicles here at home than ever before. pic.twitter.com/5E3ecA93MR

Given the fact that Tesla retains the market leader in electric vehicles, this is clearly the most ridiculous type of discrimination.

Musk responded to Biden’s tweet by writing the word “Tesla” in all caps.

And further added that “Biden is a damp Socks puppet in human shape.”

“Biden is treating the American people as fools,” Musk concludes.

Joe Biden’s tweet came just hours after he finished a White House meeting with the CEOs of GM and Ford, as well as other industry executives, to discuss his administration’s “Build Back Better” legislation.

When asked why Tesla wasn’t invited, White House press secretary Jen Psaki pointed out that the three companies in attendance were “the three largest employers of the United Auto Workers,” implying that Tesla was passed over because its hourly workers aren’t unionized, according to the New York Post.

This is the second time Musk has been purposely excluded from a meeting.

Last year, when Biden issued an executive order aimed at getting all-electric sold in the United States electric by 2030, he summoned leaders from these companies but Elon Musk wasn’t invited.

At the Code Conference in California last September, Musk addressed Tesla’s exclusion from the electric vehicle conference.

Tesla was never mentioned once by White House officials, according to the billionaire.

He claimed that the Biden administration was “a little biased” and “seems to be” controlled by unions.
