Companies and organizations that employ foreign nationals in the Federal Capital Territory are thus requested to provide the FCT Internal Revenue Service with the necessary information about the expatriates.
This is a portion of the agreement made in a meeting between Mr. Haruna Abdullahi, the Acting Executive Chairman of the FCT-IRS, and Mr. Agboola Lukman Dabiri, Secretary of Economic Planning, Revenue Generation, and PPP in the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).
The meeting, according to a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja by Mustapha Sumaila, the Head, Corporate Communications, FCT-IRS
was held as part of ongoing efforts to harmonize and improve the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of the FCT
However, organizations in concern are strongly urged to comply as soon as possible, but no later than May 20, 2023.
Firms and organizations in the Federal Capital Territory with expatriates working for them are required to complete this procedure, which they should treat with the utmost importance.
