Yesterday, the national association of resident doctors, NARD, called off its 5-day national warning campaign.
Dr. Emeka Orji, the association’s national president, told Vanguard that work will resume at 8 a.m. today at all federal and state teaching hospitals, as well as other hospitals where resident doctors are trained.
“The strike has been postponed and work will resume at 8 a.m. tomorrow (today),” he said. On June 2, the progress made will be reviewed.
“During our general meeting in 2023, the next course of action will be decided,” recalls the national association of resident doctors (nard), which launched a five-day warning campaign in public health facilities around the Federation on Wednesday.
