With a week to go before the ruling party primary, presidential hopeful under the umbrella of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reiterated his stance on not backing off on his ambition of becoming the anointed the president of the country.
He made his intention known today in Benue state while addressing delegates.
According to the former governor, he said, he’s willing to bring his wealth of experience as the reformer of Lagos state during his time as governor of the state to Nigeria at large if given the opportunity to serve.
He relaxed the minds of fellow Nigerians, as he said, he’s the better candidate to mantle the presidential position come next year, and that he’s not backing out of anything unless he fulfilled his lifelong ambition.
The APC National Leader also reiterated on running a transparent government if given the mandate to serve, according to him, “I will run a transparent government, Nigeria is rich in resources, what we just need is to channel our resources to the right place in other to better the lives of the common Nigerians”.
While many have thrown support for the ambition of Asiwaju, which the Southwest region is spearheading, Tinubu still continues to engage in his nationwide consultations with major stakeholders in the country, in other to woo them to his side during the party primary.
