The US Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of Starbucks in a crisis between the company and its sacked employees.
The court played in support of the multi-billion company after sacking its workers in Memphis for trying to unionize the coffee stores in the area.
The Supreme Court verdict will make it difficult for the National Labor Relations Board to halt what it perceived as unfair labor practices.
The sacked employees known as the Memphis 7 gathered national support as many laborers trooped in their support tagging their sacks as unjust.
