After being sworn in as president by Nigeria’s Chief Justice Olukayode Ariwoola tomorrow, president-elect Bola Tinubu is expected to make his first appointments by tradition.
The new president should make at least three appointments to keep the government moving until the time comes when other appointments will be made that will have the national assembly’s seal.
The three members of the Senate are the secretary of the federation’s government (SGF), the chief of staff, and the presidential spokesperson.
Since the presidency of Tinubu took office on February 25, there has been a race for appointments, including ministerial appointments.
