Russia, a member of the UN Security Council has called for an end to veto on the ceasefire proposal from the American, Anglo-Saxon.
This was announced in a press statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Thursday.
The Russian government said any attempt to prevent a ceasefire agreement in Gaza by the Anglo-Saxons would simply be a bloody crime against innocent civilians.
“The Security Council should accept this signal, hear it, and understand that another American, Anglo-Saxon veto in any sphere, in any interpretation of the document, which will pave the way for another important step towards ending the killing of civilians in Gaza and bringing peace and stability to the region, another veto will simply be a bloody crime”, Zakharova said.
She stressed the need for a global end to the ceasefire in Gaza, saying all countries irrespective of political allegiance have rejected the genocide in Gaza.
While noting that, terms used describing the situation in Gaza might differ, the end conclusion of their statement is a demand for a ceasefire.
Stressing the power of individual countries, she said irrespective of the wrong activities taking place globally, the people of the world can still come to negotiate and resist evils together in unity.
The Russian official said, every life must be protected and global heritage must be preserved regarding the genocide in Palestine.
