President Putin had repeatedly made his intentions known to Western nations trying to aid Ukraine will be met with a quick military response from Russia.
The threat came as a result of their success in a counter airstrike in Southern Ukraine where a large batch of Western-supplied weapons was destroyed.
Addressing the parliament, President Putin made his intention of going nuclear with any countries supporting Ukraine militarily.
“that get it into their heads to meddle in ongoing events from the side and create unacceptable strategic threats for Russia, they must know that our response to counterpunches will be lighting quick” he warned any external countries aiding Ukraine.
President Putin also boast of Russia’s nuclear power with the recent successful test of the “Sarmat Intercontinental ballistic missile”, and use it as a threat against interfering countries by saying “We have all the tools for this that no else can boast of having, we won’t boast about it, we will use them if needed and I want everyone to know that we have already taken all the decisions on this.” He said.
Russia’s major issue with the West is the expansion of NATO into her border, which they tagged as a security risk and military threat against the sovereignty of Russia, the inability of Ukraine to take a neutral stance between NATO and Russia was what led to the ongoing attacks in the city of Ukraine by the Russian forces.
