Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’s nominee for president, his running mate Kashim Shettima, the APC, and the Independent National Electoral Commission have each suggested 39, 21, 25, and two witnesses, respectively.
During the petition’s pre-hearing, which was continued on Saturday at the Presidential Election Petition Court, the number of witnesses was disclosed.
