Mr. Emeh Nnamdi, a member of the National Youths Service Corps, has been detained after he was previously declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force for impersonation and character assassination.
According to reports, Nnamdi was detained on March 3rd during a joint operation by INTERPOL agents from Nigeria and the Benin Republic.
The Anambra State Police Command had issued a wanted notice for the 26-year-old corps member on February 20, 2023, for the crimes of illegal possession of a firearm, money laundering, character slander, fraud, and impersonation.
Additionally, he was sought for for claims he made on his Gistlover Instagram account claiming senior police personnel in the state Police Command were involved in kidnapping, killing, and harvesting human organs from extorted victims.
