According to the service compact with all Nigerians (servicom), the most recent analysis shows that the corporate affairs commission (CAC) and other government departments have improved in terms of service delivery to Nigerians.
When presenting the CAC registrar-general, Alhaji Garba Abubakar, with the service compliance evaluating (SCE) reports of selected state offices, Mrs. Nenna Akajemeli, National coordinator, said this over the weekend.
SCE, she said, aims to ensure that MDAs are citizen-focused, to identify gaps in service delivery, and make recommendations to improve customers’ satisfaction and accountability.
She suggested, however, that the commission pursue a ‘customer-centric approach to service delivery,’ among other things to give employees the ability to directly communicate with customers.
