NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has commended the decision of Germany to deliver their modern battle tanks to Ukraine in the face of war with Ukraine.
Jens Stoltenberg described the decision as a new wave in the war between Russia and Ukraine, sighting the delivery of the tanks as a game-changer in the conflict.
Stoltenberg on Twitter wrote, “At a critical moment in Russia’s war, these can help Ukraine to defend itself, win and prevail as an independent nation.”
The NATO Secretary General has continued to champion collective support for Ukraine by allies, saying it’s needed at this critical point in time of the world.
Stoltenberg has continued to reiterate his grievances against tyranny and provocative acts of Russia, saying it’s the work of the West to defend the territorial integrity of other nations against the imperial style of Russia.
The US government appeared to be showing the green light for the delivery of the Abrams tanks to Ukraine to help change the tide of the war.
