An earthquake of 5.9 magnitude on Monday morning shocked the North-central region of Ishikawa, Japan after a devastating quake affecting the country on January 1.
The Monday earthquake in Japan has been reported to cause no damage, but a recurring quake happened within the next two hours.
The Meteorological Agency of Japan reported no casualties and said there was no threat of Tsunami as no life-threatening injuries were recorded.
The JMA seismology and tsunami official Satoshi Harada said the earthquake was believed to be an aftershock of the magnitude 7.6 quake on Jan. 1.
