Former U.S. President Donald Trump has officially opened a TikTok account during the UFC 302 event.
Donald Trump after he was convicted for a hush money trial during the week stormed the UFC 302 where he made a video of himself which was later posted on the TikTok account.
Upon opening the account, the former President gathered thousands of followers within the first few minutes, as the video gathered over 700,000 thousand likes, with over 20,000 comments.
Controversy erupted over the Presidential aspirant TikTok account opening as Trump initially wanted to ban the app during his tenure as the President while the U.S. Congress is currently working on bills to suspend the app in the United States.
The video documents Trump meeting with several UFC officials backstage.
Trump amid the controversy surrounding his indictment of the hush money trial continued to gather popular support, as he’s poised to secure a second-term victory against Joe Biden.
Trump’s final hearing is slated for June 11, where a decision will be reached on whether to sentence him for his crimes after adult movie star Stormy Daniels broke the silence about his indictment.
