On an ex-parte application, the presiding judge, Hamza Muazu, also directed a number of specified people to stop posing as national party officers.
Farouk Ibrahim, the party’s national secretary, Clement Ojukwu, the national organizing secretary, and Oluchi Opara, the national treasurer, are all impacted.
