A man has been reported dead, while a priest has been injured by a man who attacked two Catholic Churches in Spain.
It was revealed that the perpetrator armed with a machete perpetrated a terrorist attack in the city of Algeciras, Spain.
According to the Spain Ministry of Interior confirming the incidents disclosed that the accused first entered the church of San Isidro in Algeciras where he severely injured a priest before moving to the church of Nuestra Senora de La Palma where he attacked the verger, which subsequently led to his death.
According to the ministry, the assailant has been arrested by the police who remanded him in their custody for his dastard act.
Both victims of the incidents have been identified by the mayor of Algeciras, who disclosed that the dead verger is known as Diego Valencia and the injured priest as Antonio Rodriguez.
