A group of doctors in the state have provided free medical care to no less than 300 inhabitants of Ondo State’s Ile Oluji/Oke Igbo Local Government Area.
The beneficiaries received medical care from the legislator’s medical staff for a variety of conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, eye disorders, and other medical difficulties. According to reports, the program began on Monday and ended on Friday.
Nicholas Tofowomo, the program’s organizer and the senator who represents Ondo South Senatorial District, remarked that the free medical outreach was a crucial intervention for the locals.
He stated that patients who needed surgery would be brought to the Federal Medical Centre, Owo for the procedure with the free medical exams and tests offered to local government inhabitants.
