Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the President-elect, has assured Nigerians that her family does not need the wealth of the nation to survive as God has blessed them.
She made this known during an interdenominational church service held on Sunday in Abuja at the National Christian Centre.
Tinubu urged Nigerians to pray for them as they would need the grace of God to live up to the expectation of Nigerians.
She also noted that she will be one of Nigeria’s oldest first ladies at 63 and that she will be one of the oldest first ladies Nigeria would have.
The church service was attended by the outgoing vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha, and senator-elect Godswill Akpabio.
