Rev. Tunde Bakare, the Serving Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, has accused President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu of lacking integrity.
Speaking at a webinar entitled “Building the New Nigeria: The Role of the Diaspora” organized by PTB4Nigeria In Diaspora Group, Bakare remarked that the previous general elections were plagued by widespread irregularities, stating that he would never consider Tinubu as his president.
According to Daily Trust, President Muhammadu Buhari, who will vacate his post on Monday after completing his second term in office, is expected to hand over power to Tinubu.
Bakare, one of the 16 contenders who vied for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential ticket in June last year, received zero votes in the primary elections held at Eagle Square in Abuja.
