The United States of America (USA) has summoned peaceful elections in Nigeria, emphasizing that peaceful elections in the country matter to the world.
The information was disclosed by Antony Blinken, United States Secretary of States; Samantha Power, USAID Administrator and Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Ambassador to the UN. The message added that the U.S. vowed to continue supporting Nigeria’s democratic success.
Antony Blinken, urged Nigerians to come out and vote for their choices because the U.S. does not support any individual candidate in any office, but strongly supports a peaceful election that reflects the choice of the people.
