PTI founding chairman Imran Khan has stated that the solution to the country’s problems lies in free and fair elections. He is ready to die in jail but will continue to fight as long as he is alive.
Speaking informally to journalists at Adiala Jail, Imran Khan mentioned that his team came to meet him yesterday. They waited outside Adiala Jail for three hours while he waited inside, but he was not allowed to meet them. If the meeting had taken place, he would have resolved their differences. The jail superintendent did not permit his team to meet him.
The PTI founding chairman further said that the SIFC cannot fix the country. The solution to the country’s problems is free and fair elections. Until 1990, Pakistan was ahead of all countries in the subcontinent, but today, all are ahead of Pakistan, and our country is moving towards Myanmar. Only the party with the public’s support can lead the country out of the current crisis. The elite’s budget has taken over the country, and the people are being oppressed. The country is controlled only by the elite.
The former Prime Minister stated that the jail superintendent cancels his meetings, thinking it will weaken his party. They do not realize that a party with a strong vote bank cannot be weakened. If an investigation into this fraudulent election takes place, the Chief Election Commissioner will be charged under Article 6.
