Tesla Stock is Predicted to Exceed $3000 by 2025

Tesla Inc’s share price is expected to surpass $3,000 by 2025, according to Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest.

According to a research note issued here on Friday, Ark expects Tesla’s market capitalization to reach $4 trillion in the best-case scenario.

Tesla’s price target by 2025 has been set at $1,500 per share on a bear basis and $4,000 per share on a bull basis, according to the investment management company.

Last year, Ark Invest predicted that the company’s stock would reach $7,000 per share by 2024, or $1,400 when adjusted for the company’s five-for-one stock split.

Tesla’s stock has risen more than 400 percent since Ark released its last note on Jan. 31, 2020, to $654.87 as of Friday’s closing.

Ark Invest also increased the likelihood of Tesla reaching fully autonomous driving within five years, estimating that the company’s net autonomous ride-hailing revenue could reach $327 billion by 2025.

Tesla is the biggest holding of the $26.6 billion ARK Innovation exchange-traded fund, and its chief executive, Wood, has been a longtime Tesla bull.
