Trump Calls On His Supporters to Go Home as Capitol Hill Siege Continues

The Capitol Hill siege occurred where Trump called on his supporters to never surrender after accusing Democrats of stealing elections for Joe Biden.

Although Trump called on his supporters to go, he insisted that he won elections but in the name of preserving peace, his supporters at Capital Hill should go home.

Trump directed the National Guard to head to the Capitol, he said in a tweet, and U.S. Capitol Police requested additional support. The FBI was deployed, and the U.S. Marshals Service assisted in the response, too.

I think this is the end for Trump and has exposed deep rooted cracks in US democracy which has been hidden for decades, it was a matter of time to explode and get the situation we are seeing now.

Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser ordered a 12-hour curfew in the city that began Wednesday evening.
