Russian air defense forces reportedly intercepted and destroyed two HIMARS rockets and 42 drones launched by Ukraine over the last 24 hours, according to a statement from the Russian Defense Ministry.
The interception occurred near various settlements, including Olshana, Yagodnoye, and Liman Perviy in the Kharkov Region, among others.
The ministry also claimed significant destruction of Ukrainian military assets since the start of the conflict, including warplanes, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, surface-to-air missile systems, tanks, and more.
In response, Ukraine reported a ballistic missile attack by Russia, with guided missiles directed through a challenging route.
General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi mentioned increased air strikes in the Tavria sector, resulting in various combat losses for Russian troops, according to Ukrinform.
