The Burkina Faso Junta-led government has ordered the immediate evacuation of French troops in the country within a month.
Burkina Faso’s move is yet another expression of resentment toward France, which suspended the 2018 military agreement that allowed French troops to remain in the country on Wednesday.

People across the country have continued to show dissent to the French presence, indicating that, their presence has yielded nothing positive for the country in their fight against terrorism.
Hundreds of Burkinabes stormed the capital on Friday to protest the presence of French troops and demand their immediate departure as well as the closure of the state military base.
